Achievements

From June to November 2014, the National Research Center for Radiation Medicine, Hematology and Oncology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine (NRCRMHO), in cooperation with the State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate of Ukraine (SNRIU), conducted the First National Intercomparison of Individual Dosimetry Laboratories in Ukraine.
The initiative was implemented within the framework of the National Social Programme for Improving Occupational Safety, Health and the Working Environment for 2014–2018, approved by the Law of Ukraine No. 178-VII of 4 April 2013.
The intercomparison represented a significant milestone in strengthening Ukraine's national system of individual radiation dose monitoring. It contributed to the harmonization of dosimetric measurements, improvement of laboratory quality assurance, and enhancement of the reliability and comparability of occupational radiation exposure assessments across the country.
